Woodbridge Hill Dental Practice welcomes referrals from general dental practitioners across Surrey and the surrounding counties. Your patient will remain under your overall care — we treat only the procedure you refer for and return them to you with full clinical records and imaging.
• Dental implants — single tooth, multiple units, All-on-4 / All-on-6 full arch reconstructions
• IV and inhalation sedation for anxious or complex patients
• Surgical extractions and wisdom tooth removal
• Complex root canal treatment and re-treatments
• Periodontal (gum) treatment and surgical periodontics
• Cosmetic and full-mouth rehabilitation
• CBCT 3D imaging (open access — we send the report and DICOM files back to you)
Email your referral letter — including any radiographs and a brief medical history — to reception@woodbridgedental.co.uk, or call the practice on 01483 568584 to discuss the case directly with the relevant clinician.
We will only carry out the treatment you refer for. Your patient will be returned to your care with a full written report, post-operative instructions and any relevant imaging. We do not solicit referred patients for ongoing general care.
